YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
The Field Service Engineer Systems provides on-site field service support through the performance of installations, upgrades, repairs, and maintenance of complex capital equipment and systems.

Installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of semiconductor equipment

Plan and coordinate preventative maintenance schedules across customer sites

Ensure strict compliance with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) requirements

Support multiple equipment platforms with flexibility and technical depth

Report to the Service Manager on equipment status, EHS concerns, and action items with regular updates

Engage with customers as the primary technical contact, managing service-related discussions and expectations

Maintain and oversee the performance of assigned equipment installations and installations base
YOUR PROFILE

Mechanical or electrical engineering degree or equivalent professional experience

Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in semiconductor field service

Strong electrical knowledge, including the ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical drawings

Proven ability to apply systematic, step-by-step troubleshooting methodologies to diagnose root causes and implement effective solutions

Excellent knowledge of EHS guidelines and best practices with a safety-first mindset

Fluent written and spoken German and English

Valid driver's license for Europe
- Willingness to travel frequently and respond to urgent deployment requests
