With the launch of our Frankfurt Grading Center, we are building the long-term foundation for PSA’s growth in Europe. To support this expansion, we are seeking a commercially driven and analytically strong Business Development Manager Europe to manage and scale our partner and dealer ecosystem across the region.
As Business Development Lead, PSA Europe, you will own and develop PSA’s dealer and partner network across Europe. You will be responsible for both managing and strengthening existing relationships and actively building new strategic partnerships to drive sustainable submission growth. You will act as a key commercial ambassador for PSA in the European market and work closely with the GM of Europe, Operations team, and Marketing team to accelerate regional expansion. This role combines relationship excellence, strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and strong analytical capabilities.
You will report to the General Manager, Europe and work from our European Headquarter in Frankfurt am Main. This position will also require regular travel, up to 30%.
What You'll Do:
Maintain and deepen relationships with existing European dealers and strategic partners
Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts
Identify growth opportunities within the current partner base
Ensure high partner satisfaction and long-term retention
Serve as escalation point for commercial matters
Identify, acquire, and onboard new dealers and strategic partners across Europe
Develop and execute structured market expansion plans by country/region
Build and manage a scalable partner acquisition pipeline
Position PSA as the preferred grading partner within the European hobby ecosystem
Drive submission volume growth through structured account planning
Develop tailored growth roadmaps for strategic partners
Identify new verticals and emerging market segments
Support commercial performance optimization initiatives
Plan and execute PSA’s presence at major European card shows and hobby events
Organize dealer meetups, partner gatherings, and community activations
Coordinate submission drop-offs and on-site intake processes
Expand and optimize PSA drop-off locations across Europe
Identify strategic cities and partners for new intake points
Collaborate with Operations to ensure seamless logistics and intake processes
Develop and maintain structured reporting on dealer performance and regional growth
Analyze submission trends, revenue contribution, and partner performance
Build dashboards and performance tracking tools
Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to the GM Europe
Support forecasting and strategic planning
Who You Are:
3+ years of experience in Business Development, Account Management, Sales, or Commercial roles
Proven ability to manage and grow business relationships
Experience in building or expanding partner networks
Strong analytical skills and experience in setting up structured reports
Data-driven mindset with commercial awareness
Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Willingness to travel across Europe for partner meetings and events, including weekends
Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
Experience in collectibles, trading cards, marketplaces, sports, or adjacent hobby industries is a strong advantage.
Pay Transparency Statement:
The gross annual salary range for this position is €91,932.96 to €121,581.34. Placement within the range is based on objective, gender-neutral factors such as relevant experience, qualifications, and scope of responsibility. This role may also be eligible for bonuses or other variable compensation.
