The Team
As part of the Operations team, you will support our Senior Director Operations across a wide range of business-critical topics. Gaining a broad exposure to operational management, internal initiatives, strategic projects and hands-on experience in how a dynamic, international organization operates - also across multiple offices and countries.
How you will contribute
As a working student (m/f/d), you will be part of the Operations team in Munich for 6-12 months, gaining exposure to:
Support day-to-day office operations and administrative processes
Assist in coordinating cross-functional activities (e.g., HR, Marketing, Office Management)
Contribute to the rollout and implementation of regional and global strategic projects
Help adapt and implement firm-wide processes at a local office level
Support internal reporting, including headcount tracking and operational metrics
Assist in preparing materials for management meetings and internal communications
Contribute to office culture, team-building, and employee engagement initiatives
Support Diversity & Inclusion and ESG-related activities and projects
Assist with office-related planning topics, including workspace and real estate analysis
Provide general operational and organizational support to the Senior Director Operations across a wide range of initiatives
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in a Master’s program (Business Administration, Economics, or related field)
Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong interest in operations, business management, and organizational development
Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
Collaborative proactive working style, hands-on mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Proficient in MSOffice, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and German
