Tesla is seeking a highly motivated VEFK Elektrofachkraft (Planung und Ausführung von Gebäudetechnik) for our Berlin Technical Engineer Center. The Engineering team drives to create the future by overseeing the testing of cutting-edge technology to support highly innovative manufacturing processes.
The VEFK carries the electrical engineering responsibility as the responsible initiator and coordinator for all processes in the Technical Engineering Center (BTEC) that involve the planning, procurement, and construction (Errichtung) of electrical systems.
What You'll Do
Compliance with applicable laws, regulations (Gesetze, Normen), and occupational safety requirements (Arbeitsschutzbestimmungen)

Introduction, implementation and assurance of measures serving the protection of employees when working with electrical systems and equipment

Review and coordination of planning (Planungs-), procurement (Beschaffungs-), and installation (Errichtungs- processes for electrical systems

Regular inspections (Begehungen) of systems under construction to ensure compliance with specifications

Independent electrical acceptance (Abnahme) of machines and systems, and technical support during commissioning (Inbetriebnahme) of electrical systems

Support in carrying out tasks aimed at improving occupational safety as well as environmental and health protection

Establishment and maintenance of a technical structure in the field of electrical engineering, including corresponding leadership and supervisory functions (Leitungs- und Aufsichtsfunktionen), in coordination with department management

Carry out routine electrical maintenance activities, including work order action and operational tasks as needed

Appointing qualified electricians.
- Electrical quality and acceptance management, including audits

Conducting risk assessments, creating work and operating instructions, and providing related training
