Worum geht es?
withyou baut eine eigene AI-gestützte Entwicklungsplattform für moderne Softwareentwicklung.
Der Software Development Lifecycle verändert sich durch AI grundlegend. Noch gibt es keinen klaren Standard dafür, wie AI-Tools, Entwickler:innen und strukturierte Prozesse sinnvoll und wirklich effizient zusammenspielen.
Genau daran arbeiten wir: In realen Kundenprojekten entwickeln und testen wir Tools, Workflows und Automatisierungen, deren Learnings direkt in unsere Plattform einfließen.
Unser Ziel ist es, eine bedeutende Rolle dabei zu spielen, wie Software in Zukunft entsteht.
Über die Position:
Wir suchen einen Fullstack Developer (m/w/d), der in Systemen denkt, Unklarheiten durchdringt und Lösungen baut, die Prozesse verbessern, Kundenprobleme lösen und unsere Plattform voranbringen.
Ab Tag eins übernimmst Du Verantwortung in einem dynamischen Umfeld:
Du arbeitest mit unseren internen Tools und Prozessen, entwickelst diese weiter und bringst Projekte eigenständig voran, auch wenn Anforderungen nicht immer vollständig ausformuliert sind.
Du bewegst Dich zwischen Kundenprojekten, interner Plattformentwicklung und der Frage, wie ein moderner SDLC tatsächlich aussehen sollte.
Du wirst von Beginn an:
- Kundenprojekte übernehmen und moderne Webanwendungen von Frontend bis Backend entwerfen, entwickeln und verbessern
- AI-Tools und LLM-basierte Funktionen pragmatisch in Kundenlösungen und interne Workflows integrieren
- Systeme, APIs, Services und Datenmodelle gestalten, nicht nur einzelne Features umsetzen
- bestehende Produkte, interne Tools und unsere Developer Platform verbessern und weiterentwickeln
- technische Entscheidungen nachvollziehbar treffen und Technologien passend zum Problem auswählen
- direkt mit Kunden, Foundern und Business-Stakeholdern arbeiten und unseren Entwicklungsprozess aktiv mitgestalten
Was uns wichtig ist:
- 2+ Jahre praktische Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung oder starke Projektreferenzen
- Du bringst Energie, Neugier und Ambition mit und willst daran mitarbeiten, wie moderne Softwareentwicklung mit AI in Zukunft funktioniert.
- Du hast bereits moderne Webanwendungen entwickelt und dabei sowohl am Frontend als auch am Backend gearbeitet.
- Solides Verständnis von APIs, Datenbanken, Software-Architektur und Systemdesign
- Du arbeitest Dich schnell in neue Stacks, Tools und Domänen ein
- Du kannst unklare Anforderungen in pragmatische technische Lösungen übersetzen
- Echtes Interesse an AI als Werkzeug, nicht bloß als Buzzword
- Eigenständiges Arbeiten ist für Dich Voraussetzung, kein Bonus
Kein Muss, aber cool, wenn Du es mitbringst
- Erfahrung mit Cloud-Architektur
- Erfahrung mit Automation, z. B. CI/CD, Testing, Deployment oder internen Workflows

What this is about
withyou is building its own AI-enabled development platform for modern software development.
The software development lifecycle is fundamentally changing through AI. There is no clear standard yet for how AI tools, developers, and structured processes should work together in a meaningful and truly efficient way.
That is exactly what we are working on: In real client projects, we develop and test tools, workflows, and automations. What we learn from these projects flows directly into our platform.
Our goal is to play a meaningful role in shaping how software will be built in the future.
About the position
We are looking for a Fullstack Developer (m/f/d) who thinks in systems, works through ambiguity, and builds solutions that improve processes, solve client problems, and move our platform forward.
From day one, you will take responsibility in a dynamic environment.
You will work with our internal tools and processes, help develop them further, and move projects forward independently, even when requirements are not always fully defined.
You will move between client projects, internal platform development, and the broader question of what a modern SDLC should actually look like.
From the beginning, you will:
- take ownership of client projects and design, develop, and improve modern web applications from frontend to backend
- pragmatically integrate AI tools and LLM-based features into client solutions and internal workflows
- design systems, APIs, services, and data models, not just individual features
- improve and further develop existing products, internal tools, and our Developer Platform
- make clear and well-reasoned technical decisions, choosing technologies based on the problem
- work directly with clients, founders, and business stakeholders while actively helping shape our development process
What matters to us
- 2+ years of practical software development experience or strong project references
- You bring energy, curiosity, and ambition, and you want to help shape how modern software development with AI will work in the future
- You have already built modern web applications and worked on both frontend and backend
- Solid understanding of APIs, databases, software architecture, and system design
- You get up to speed quickly in new stacks, tools, and domains
- You can translate unclear requirements into pragmatic technical solutions
- Genuine interest in AI as a tool, not just as a buzzword
- Working independently is a requirement for you, not a bonus
Not required, but great if you bring it
- Experience with cloud architecture
- Experience with automation, e.g. CI/CD, testing, deployment, or internal workflows
