- s a member of our strongly motivated team, you are responsible for providing and managing our client/server IT infrastructure including Microsoft server, Active Directory, Linux server, VMware virtualization, Docker, MS SQL, ORACLE, and MySQL databases, JIRA, Confluence, VPN, firewall, backup solutions and 3rd party products.
Y- ou will survey and guarantee in-house IT security and ensure a continuous and stable system and network operation by proactive monitoring.
Y- ou will provide internal as well as external support to our employees and our customers for IT-related questions and topics.
Y- ou will perform regular maintenance tasks and update hardware and software according to the requirements of internal departments as well as our hardware life cycle management.
Y- ou will provide managed services to our customers.
Y- ou will process tickets on 1st, 2nd and 3rd level efficiently, timely, and in a service-oriented manner.
Y- ou will plan for new infrastructure requirements, ensure their technical realization, and take care of diligent documentation of procedures and solutions in our company IT environment.

- ou have successfully completed training/studies with a focus on computer science, information technology or a related field, alternatively you have completed training as an IT specialist.
Y- ou have already gained several years of professional experience as an administrator for environments with Microsoft and Linux infrastructure, including the management of operating and server systems.
Y- ou are able to take responsibility for tasks and implement them independently.
Y- ou are a team worker with a solution-oriented and analytical way of thinking.
Y- ou are fluent in spoken and written German and English.
