Manage end-to-end out-of-warehouse operations by leveraging field data, utilization reports, and market analytics to guide the strategic positioning of vehicles for maximum coverage, while simultaneously ensuring SLAs are met by managing workforce, resolving bottlenecks, and continuously improving in-field processes.
Continuously analyse market demand patterns to refine placement strategies and ensure efficient deployment across zones.
Manage relationships with external logistics partners, contractors, and driver networks, overseeing scheduling and performance across multiple shifts and regions.
Ensure all field operations meet local regulatory and safety requirements, leading audits and compliance initiatives to maintain operational readiness.
Provide feedback, coaching, and corrective actions to in-field maintenance staff to enhance performance and service outcomes.
Optimise deployment routes, asset placement, and recovery operations to minimise downtime and reduce logistics costs.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Fleet Operations, Government Relations and product teams to align placement strategies, pricing models, and compliance measures.
Lead strategic projects such as coverage expansion plans, driver incentive programs, partner network development, and placement optimization pilots to support growth and operational excellence
About You:
