We're looking for a Senior Manager Growth & Transformation (m/f/d) to join and drive one of Europe's most ambitious commercial transformation programs. Our partner company is a leading B2B mobility and payment solution providers, serving customers across more than 50 countries. Built on over 90 years of continuous growth and innovation, the company has evolved into a market-leading platform with around 2,700 employees, processing €19 billion in transaction volume. As the business enters its next phase of development, it is investing heavily in data, AI, and technology-enabled commercial excellence to strengthen its market position and unlock new opportunities at scale.
In this role, you'll operate at the intersection of strategy, execution, and change management on one of the most visible strategic initiatives in the company with direct CEO attention. You will roll out an AI-powered Next Best Action model across the entire sales organization, working closely with local markets, commercial teams, and senior leadership to redefine how customer opportunities are identified and executed. Unlike traditional transformation roles, this is not a PMO position. You will own outcomes, drive rollouts on the ground, challenge stakeholders, facilitate workshops, shape adoption strategies, and turn market feedback into tangible improvements. Every new country launch brings a new set of challenges, stakeholders, and market dynamics to navigate.
With significant executive visibility, direct exposure to senior decision-makers, and influence across dozens of markets, cultures, and commercial organizations, the role offers a unique opportunity to shape a business-critical initiative from the inside. As the program continues to evolve, successful execution will position you at the center of future strategic and commercial priorities across the organisation.
- Shape the GTM strategy and sales transformation roadmap with the Director Strategic Growth, including Executive Board preparation and C-level decision support
- Take end-to-end ownership of growth initiatives across European markets, with full accountability for timelines, milestones, and outcomes
- Drive cross-functional execution across Sales, Data, CRM, IT, and Change Management
- Orchestrate rollout waves from pilot to scale, including market readiness, go-lives, and playbooks
- Build feedback loops with super users and sales teams, translating field input into product, process, and enablement decisions
- Lead change management across regions: stakeholder mapping, champion networks, and resistance management
- Shape governance infrastructure: SteerCo materials, milestone tracking, and decision-making formats
- Facilitate workshops and leadership alignment meetings at HQ and on-site across markets
- 5-8 years of experience from a leading strategy consultancy or a transformation/strategy role in industry, a start-up, or scale-up
- Proven track record leading complex, cross-functional initiatives across a wide range of stakeholders
- You think like an operator: structured, hands-on, detail-oriented, always focused on impact
- You communicate clearly and confidently in management materials, workshops, and with both business and technical teams
- Solid foundational understanding of sales, data and AI concepts; experience in change management or organisational development is a plus
- Fluent in German and English; additional European languages (especially Polish or Czech) are a strong plus
- Experience in B2B sales organisations with a multi-country setup is an advantage
- Experience with Dynamics 365 and Power BI is an advantage
Please note that this position is based close to Düsseldorf. At least three days per week on-site are preferred.
