Unser Schwerpunkt liegt nicht auf theoretischer KI-Beratung oder dem bloßen Einsatz bestehender Chatbots. Wir entwickeln technische Lösungen, die in reale Unternehmensprozesse integriert werden und dort dauerhaft produktiv eingesetzt werden können.

Wir suchen dafür einen technisch starken Entwickler, der komplexe Anforderungen nicht nur analysieren, sondern selbstständig in funktionierende Systeme überführen kann.
Deine Aufgaben
Du entwickelst gemeinsam mit uns individuelle KI- und Softwaresysteme für reale Unternehmensanwendungen.
Dazu gehören insbesondere:
- Konzeption und Entwicklung produktiver KI-Anwendungen
- Entwicklung von Backend-Systemen und Schnittstellen
- Integration von LLM (Large Language Model) und externen KI-Schnittstellen
- Entwicklung von RAG-Systemen für unternehmensinterne Daten und Dokumente
- Entwicklung und Integration von KI-Agenten und Multi-Agent-Systemen
- Anbindung bestehender Datenbanken, Softwarelösungen und Unternehmenssysteme
- Entwicklung automatisierter Workflows
- Aufbau und Pflege von PostgreSQL- und Redis-basierten Systemen
- Containerisierung und Deployment mit Docker
- Installation und Betrieb von Anwendungen unter Linux
- Integration und Betrieb lokaler Open-Source-KI-Modelle
- Implementierung von Authentifizierungs-, Rollen- und Berechtigungskonzepten
- Logging, Monitoring, Testing und systematische Fehleranalyse
- technische Dokumentation entwickelter Systeme
- kontinuierliche Verbesserung bestehender Anwendungen
Du arbeitest überwiegend an der technischen Umsetzung. Regelmäßige Außendiensteinsätze oder Installationen beim Kunden sind nicht Bestandteil der Stelle.
Was du mitbringen musstPflichtanforderungen
- abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium in Informatik, Software Engineering, Künstlicher Intelligenz oder einem vergleichbaren technischen Studiengang
- mindestens 2 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung
- sehr gute Kenntnisse in Python und C#
- Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Backend-Systemen
- sicherer Umgang mit Linux
- praktische Erfahrung mit Docker
- Erfahrung mit relationalen Datenbanken, insbesondere PostgreSQL
- Erfahrung mit REST API (Representational State Transfer Application Programming Interface) und Systemintegrationen
- sicherer Umgang mit Git
- Verständnis für saubere Softwarearchitektur und wartbaren Code
- Fähigkeit, technische Probleme selbstständig zu analysieren und zu lösen
- Englisch oder Russisch auf sicherem beruflichen Kommunikationsniveau

We are looking for a technically strong engineer who can do more than analyse complex requirements: you should be able to turn them into working systems.
Your Responsibilities
You will work with us to develop custom AI and software systems for real-world business applications.
Your responsibilities will include:
- designing and developing production-ready AI applications
- developing backend systems and APIs
- integrating LLM (Large Language Model) technologies and external AI services
- developing RAG systems for internal company data and documents
- developing and integrating AI agents and multi-agent systems
- connecting existing databases, software applications and enterprise systems
- developing automated workflows
- building and maintaining PostgreSQL- and Redis-based systems
- containerisation and deployment using Docker
- deploying and operating applications on Linux
- integrating and operating local open-source AI models
- implementing authentication, role and permission systems
- logging, monitoring, testing and systematic troubleshooting
- producing technical documentation
- continuously improving existing systems
Your role is primarily focused on technical development and implementation. Regular customer-site visits or on-site installations are not part of this position.
Required QualificationsMandatory requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence or a comparable technical field
- at least 2 years of relevant professional software development experience
- very good Python and C# skills
- experience developing backend systems
- strong working knowledge of Linux
- practical experience with Docker
- experience with relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL
- experience with REST API (Representational State Transfer Application Programming Interface) development and system integration
- confident use of Git
- understanding of clean software architecture and maintainable code
- ability to analyse and solve technical problems independently
- professional working proficiency in English or Russian
- valid driving licence
German language skills are not required.

You should be capable of understanding a technical requirement and engineering a robust solution from it.
A typical project might look like this:
A company has tens of thousands of internal documents. Employees need an internal AI system that allows them to search those documents and ask questions about their contents. Existing access permissions must be respected, while sensitive corporate data needs to remain under controlled processing conditions.
For projects like this, we expect you to contribute to the complete technical implementation – from architecture, backend and data storage to AI integration, access control, deployment, testing and documentation.
