What's the role?:
We’re looking for a Lead Conversational Designer to shape the future of AI-powered, voice- and chat-based experiences across logistics, fleet, and mobility solutions. In this role, you will define and drive conversational user experiences for complex, real-world workflows—spanning drivers, fleet managers, operators, and enterprise users.
You will lead the design of intelligent, multimodal systems that combine LLMs, voice/audio, UI, and contextual data to deliver scalable, human-centered interactions. This is a senior individual contributor role with strong influence across product, AI, and engineering teams.
As Lead Conversational Designer , you will shape the interaction layer for next-generation logistics and fleet products.
-
Define and evolve conversational experiences across voice, chat, audio, and multimodal interfaces, with a strong focus on AI-powered workflows.
-
Lead end-to-end conversational design for complex domains such as fleet operations, routing, navigation, dispatch, compliance, and mobility services.
-
Design scalable conversation architectures, including intents, entities, dialog flows, system prompts, fallback strategies, and error handling.
-
Partner closely with AI engineering, product management, research, and platform teams to translate technical capabilities into usable, trustworthy experiences.
-
Drive the integration of conversational experiences into broader product ecosystems, ensuring coherence across UI, mobile, desktop, and embedded systems.
-
Define and document design standards, patterns, and best practices for conversational and audio-driven UX.
-
Champion ethical, inclusive, and transparent AI interactions—especially in safety-critical, enterprise, and high-context environments.
-
Lead user research, conversation testing, prompt iteration, and UX validation for AI-driven systems in real-world conditions.
-
Mentor teams and stakeholders on conversational UX, AI literacy, and effective collaboration between design and engineering.
Who are you?:
You are a lead designer who combines strong UX and interaction design fundamentals with deep curiosity for AI-driven systems, language, and human–machine interaction. You’re comfortable working in ambiguity, shaping new interaction paradigms, and designing for complex enterprise use cases.
What we’re looking for
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, Linguistics, Cognitive Science, or a related field.
-
8+ years of experience designing user experiences, with several years focused on conversational UX, voice, chat, or AI-driven systems.
-
Strong experience designing for complex workflows, ideally in logistics, fleet, mobility, automotive, or enterprise platforms.
-
Deep understanding of conversational design principles, including dialog management, turn-taking, grounding, repair strategies, and trust-building.
-
Hands-on experience working with AI technologies, such as LLMs, NLU/NLP systems, prompt design, or voice assistants.
-
Ability to translate abstract AI capabilities into clear, usable, and scalable user experiences.
-
Strong systems thinker with experience designing design frameworks, libraries, and documentation for scale.
-
Excellent storytelling and communication skills—able to align design decisions with user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
-
Comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional, and highly technical environments.
-
Experience collaborating with international and distributed teams across B2B and B2C contexts.
-
Fluency in spoken and written English.
