M.C. Dean is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to deliver data analysis, systems integration support, and business intelligence capabilities across Army enterprise systems for IMCOM-E. This senior-level position requires deep expertise in Army-specific data environments and the ability to mine, validate, and report on complex datasets supporting installation management decision-making.
Responsibilities:
You will serve as the analytical engine of the IMCOM-E SITS program—extracting insights from Army enterprise databases, supporting installation resource planning, and delivering data products that inform senior leader decisions.
Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Perform data mining, analysis, validation, and reporting across GFEBS, eMH, ISR, and RPlans.
Develop and maintain SQL queries, views, and reports to support installation management data requirements. -
Support geospatial data analysis and mapping using ArcView / ArcGIS tools.

Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities through systems integration and automation.

Translate operational requirements into functional specifications for IT systems and data products.

Coordinate with Army stakeholders to gather data requirements and validate analytical outputs.

Produce dashboards, briefings, and written reports summarizing findings for leadership.

Ensure data integrity and compliance with Army data governance policies.

Support installation master planning and resource management through data-driven analysis.

Qualifications:
Education/Experience:
-
High school diploma with 10+ yr or Associate's degree with 8+ years or Bachelor's with 5+ years or Master's with 3+ years of experience

Extensive SQL experience for complex queries, data extraction, and reporting (required).

Demonstrated experience with General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS).

Experience with Enterprise Military Housing (eMH) system.

Experience with Installation Status Report (ISR) data systems.

Experience with RPlans installation resource planning systems.

Proficiency with ArcView / ArcGIS for geospatial analysis and visualization.

Strong background in data mining, analysis, and validation for executive-level reporting.

Army installation management or IMCOM operations experience preferred.
