Bei Bilfinger startest du deine Ausbildung als Elektroniker für Betriebstechnik (m/w/d) und wirst Schritt für Schritt darauf vorbereitet, industrielle Anlagen zu installieren, zu warten und zu optimieren. Dabei arbeitest du mit moderner Steuerungs- und Automatisierungstechnik, behebst Störungen und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Anlagen zuverlässig im Einsatz bleiben. Von Anfang an bist du aktiv dabei und sammelst wertvolle Praxiserfahrung.

Während deiner Ausbildung als Elektroniker für Betriebstechnik wirst du zum Experten rund um Industrieanlagen und die Elektronik, die dahintersteckt
Du lernst Schaltpläne zu lesen und umzusetzen
Von deinen Ausbilderinnen und Ausbildern lernst du, wie elektronische Bauteile miteinander vernetzt sind
Du kümmerst dich um elektrische Systeme sowie die Installation, Wartung und Reparaturen von Anlagen
Gemeinsam mit deinen Kolleginnen und Kollegen analysierst du Störungen und lernst diese zu beheben
Du lernst die Funktionsweise von Industrieanlagen und hast stets die Sicherheit, Qualität und Effizienz der gesamten Anlage im Blick
Das bringst du mit:
Du hast einen guten Hauptschulabschluss oder einen Mittleren Schulabschluss
Gute Noten in technikrelevanten Fächern wie Mathematik und Informatik wären hilfreich
Dein technisches Verständnis und handwerkliches Geschick zeichnen dich aus
Die Funktionsweise von Maschinen und Industrieanlagen interessieren dich
Eine sorgfältige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise hast du dir in der Schule angeeignet
Du bist zuverlässig, neugierig und arbeitest gerne gemeinsam im Team
Du bringst fließende Deutschkenntnisse mit (mindestens B2 Niveau)
