You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electrical engineering, communications engineering, or a related technical field of study
You have relevant working experience in technical sales/sales, account management, business development, or project management with pre-sales, preferably in the field of counter-drone
You demonstrate a proactive, commercial mindset and a passion for driving business success
You possess excellent time management and organizational skills for leading cross-functional teams and coordinating with different international technical and sales departments
You are willing to travel internationally and bring intercultural as well as interdisciplinary competence
You are able to create and deliver persuasive customer presentations that effectively communicate solution and product value
You demonstrate resilience, adaptability, and agility in field operations and in fast-moving competitive tenders
You have excellent communication and social skills combined with business-fluent English and German; additional languages are a benefit
