About the Role
As a Cargo Account Executive based in Frankfurt, Germany, you will be responsible for managing relationships with Qatar Airways Cargo’s larger SME freight forwarder accounts within the assigned territory. Operating primarily via phone and email, you will develop consistent strategies to maximize revenue, minimize costs of sale, and cultivate high-potential SME accounts into key local accounts.
Specific Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong commercial relationships with larger SME freight forwarders in the assigned territory.

Formulate and implement account development plans to achieve short-, medium-, and long-term sales targets and revenue growth.

Prioritize high-yield sales, maximize profitability, and target growing SME accounts to expand the local portfolio.

Analyze QR Cargo sales performance data to identify tactical revenue opportunities and drive growth.

Utilize Salesforce as the primary CRM tool, ensuring all customer records, activities, and pipelines remain accurate and up-to-date.

Monitor market trends and gather competitor intelligence to provide valuable market feedback to internal stakeholders.

Develop tactical sales initiatives and represent QR Cargo at trade events, promotional functions, and industry meetings.

Coordinate cross-functional projects and initiatives on behalf of the designated area of responsibility.

Maintain professional sales standards while negotiating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Adhere to department guidelines and perform additional role-related duties as directed by the Head of Department.
