Join our prestigious client’s international team and contribute to strategic technology and digital transformation projects involving Oracle HCM Cloud and PeopleSoft. We are recruiting for the following positions:
- Business Analyst
- Project Manager
- Software Tester
- Technical Package Specialist
Depending on the position, responsibilities may include:
- Contributing to the implementation, migration, enhancement and support of Oracle HCM and PeopleSoft solutions;
- Gathering and analysing business and technical requirements;
- Coordinating project activities, stakeholders, timelines, risks and deliverables;
- Preparing and executing functional, integration, regression and user acceptance testing;
- Configuring, maintaining and supporting HR applications and related technical components;
- Working closely with business users, technical teams and project stakeholders;
- Preparing functional and technical documentation, reports and project updates;
- Supporting issue analysis, troubleshooting and continuous process improvement;
- Ensuring the quality and timely delivery of project activities.
- Proven professional experience with Oracle HCM Cloud and/or PeopleSoft, depending on the position;
- Relevant experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, Tester or Technical Package Specialist;
- Good understanding of HR systems, business processes and enterprise application environments;
- Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to collaborate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders;
- Proficiency in English
- Knowledge of French is considered a strong asset.
- Luxembourg
- Hybrid working model with 3 mandatory days per week at the client’s office
- Candidates living far from the work location must be willing to relocate to Luxembourg or the surrounding area, unless they can commute regularly.
