For our Tech Recruitment stream, this means operating with extreme craft, absolute data discipline, a sourcing-first outbound mindset in highly competitive environments, and a rigorous, compliance-driven approach to funnel analytics.
This is a high-velocity, delivery-led Senior IC position built for a highly specialized Tech Recruitment team. You will own end-to-end technical delivery for our most critical infrastructure and engineering squads (Banking Domain, SRE, Platform Architecture), focusing on engaging talent within the Spanish and Portuguese ecosystems.
As a Senior Tech Recruiter, you manage a high volume of open roles during a period of rapid growth, keep your workload organized, and work closely with engineering managers to hire technical talent quickly.
Own and deliver technical hiring outcomes for our high-scarcity profiles, maintaining a predictable steady run-rate of approximately 4 premium engineering hires per month.
Build, map, and strategically drive deep outbound pipelines across Spain and Portugal, identifying and targeting tier-2 and tier-3 local tech companies.
Partner with engineering managers to translate complex system requirements into aligned, data-driven sourcing plans and uncompromising quality standards.
Maintain absolute data integrity and flawless ATS hygiene to enable reliable, automated funnel reporting for all relevant stakeholders.
Leverage modern AI and workflow automation tools strictly within official company governance and corporate data privacy (GDPR) frameworks.
This position is located 100% on-site at our Berlin office. We believe in the power of co-location, rapid alignment, and continuous team development. Therefore, we enforce a 5-days-a-week in-office policy. Remote or hybrid work configurations are not available for this role.
You have extensive experience leading technical recruiting and executing sourcing-heavy outbound campaigns for high-demand, high-scarcity engineering profiles (Core Engineering, SRE, Platform, Architecture).
You possess strong multilingual capabilities: Fluency in English combined with professional proficiency in either Spanish OR Portuguese is mandatory for this role to engage local Iberian candidate markets and manage regional stakeholders. Full fluency in all three languages is a strong advantage.
You are highly numbers-driven: You utilize funnel metrics (stage aging, conversion ratios) as an absolute diagnostic tool to steer your daily desk operations and prioritize portfolios.
You possess a high-drive, fast-execution style combined with an absolute respect for data compliance, corporate governance, and GDPR parameters.
You are confident managing stakeholders and can execute assertive, data-backed pushback to align hiring panels and protect our structured evaluation metrics.
Our evaluation process is tight, entirely job-related, and free of prolonged take-home assignments:
1️⃣ Stage 1: A 60-minute introductory call with Daniel (Head of Talent Acquisition) to explore your background, role alignment, and our operational setup.
2️⃣ Stage 2: A 45-minute technical interview with Cris (Talent Acquisition Team Lead - Tech) focusing on your specialized sourcing expertise, recruitment craft, and regional language profiles.
3️⃣ Stage 3: A 90-minute live business case simulation with our Talent Acquisition panel to explore practical scenarios, portfolio prioritization, and desk management under load.
4️⃣ Stage 4: An asynchronous psychometric assessment via Assessio to look at core cognitive and behavioral alignment for the position.
