As Global Vice President Talent & Organization Development (f/m/d), you will architect and drive the next generation of talent, leadership and organizational capability across a globally connected business. You will shape how we attract, develop, mobilize and grow talent while enabling transformation, strengthening leadership effectiveness, and building a future-ready organization.
This role combines strategic influence, transformation leadership and execution excellence in an international environment.
We are looking for an ambitious, globally minded leader with the ability to turn people's strategy into measurable business outcomes.
This position can be filled remotely from anywhere within Europe. While day-to-day work can be performed remotely, regular presence at our headquarters in Osnabrück, Germany, is expected.
Develop and continuously evolve Hellmann’s global Talent & Organization Development strategy in line with business priorities and growth ambitions
Establish an integrated talent management framework across the entire employee lifecycle
Drive the global Performance Management approach and continuously enhance related processes and tools
Implement data-driven succession planning and workforce planning practices
Strengthen leadership excellence by shaping global leadership principles and development initiatives
Design and implement global reskilling and upskilling frameworks, including target-group-specific development programs
Act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on organizational effectiveness, talent, and future workforce topics
Lead, inspire, and develop an international team while fostering collaboration, innovation, and operational excellence
A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field
Extensive international experience in Talent Development, Leadership Development, Performance Management, and Organizational Development
A proven track record of leading large-scale people transformation initiatives in global organizations
Strong expertise in succession planning, workforce planning, and talent management across the employee lifecycle
Experience influencing senior executives and driving change in complex matrix environments
A truly global mindset, gained through international career exposure and collaboration across different cultures
Strong leadership capabilities with experience leading and developing international teams
A strategic, data-driven approach combined with a strong focus on execution and sustainable results
Fluent English skills and willingness to travel internationally and work regularly from Osnabrück in a hybrid setup
A strong team spirit and plenty of fun working together
