About The Team

Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Logistics Quality Improvement specialist to drive continuous improvement initiatives across JD.com's extensive logistics network, ensuring operational excellence and enhanced customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities**
- Identify, analyze, and prioritize areas for quality improvement within logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, and last-mile delivery.
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies and action plans to address identified quality gaps and inefficiencies.
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute improvement projects, utilizing methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, and root cause analysis.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to logistics quality, track progress of improvement initiatives, and report findings to stakeholders.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of logistics processes and facilities to ensure compliance with quality standards and identify potential risks.
- Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., operations, technology, customer service) and external partners to optimize end-to-end logistics quality.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance quality awareness and best practices among logistics personnel.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies in logistics quality management.
Job Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations, with a proven track record in quality improvement or process optimization roles.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
- Demonstrated experience with quality management methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred).
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead projects, influence stakeholders, and drive change in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with e-commerce logistics operations and challenges is a significant advantage.
- Proficiency in English; Mandarin Chinese language skills are a plus.
