Independently organize and coordinate domestic and international transportation activities while meeting cost, quality, and delivery requirements

Select, manage, and monitor the performance of freight forwarders, logistics providers, and transportation partners

Ensure the accurate preparation, review, and archiving of all transportation- and customs-related documentation
-
Ensure compliance with applicable regulations regarding export controls, dangerous goods, customs, and occupational health and safety
-
Coordinate and collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Production, Procurement, Order Management, Warehousing, Customer Service, and Quality Management

Monitor delivery schedules and proactively identify, escalate, and resolve transportation or delivery deviations
-
Ensure timely material and product availability through close coordination with internal and external partners
-
Review and approve freight invoices and support logistics cost analysis and optimization initiatives
-
Contribute to the continuous improvement of logistics processes and the implementation of compliance, EHS, and quality requirements

Serve as the primary point of contact for internal departments and external service providers regarding transportation and shipping-related matters
-
Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification, preferably in Logistics, Freight Forwarding, Supply Chain, or International Trade

Initial practical experience in organizing road, air, and ocean freight transportation

Structured, detail-oriented, and self-driven working style
-
Strong organizational skills and ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge of dangerous goods transportation regulations, ideally with ADR certification (road transport)
