You will implement and configure SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC, formerly IdentityNow) in customer environments and ensure its stable and secure operation. Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (on-premises) is a plus.
You will independently support customers on IAM projects, advise them on technical solutions, and serve as the point of contact for all SailPoint-related requests.
You will integrate target systems such as Active Directory, Azure AD, SAP, and various cloud applications into the identity governance platform.
You will develop role and permission concepts and assist in the implementation of structured access processes (Joiner-Mover-Leaver).
You will analyze existing IAM processes, identify opportunities for optimization, and implement these technically.
You will manage and configure interfaces and provisioning mechanisms (e.g., REST, SCIM, LDAP, SAML, OpenID Connect) within the SailPoint platform.
You will assist in the implementation of compliance and recertification processes within the SailPoint platform.
You will work in hybrid and cloud environments (e.g., Azure, AWS) and ensure secure system connectivity.
You will analyze issues, perform troubleshooting, and continuously refine existing solutions.
You have hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC). Knowledge of cloud extensions such as Access Risk Management (ARM) or AI-based features is a plus. Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (on-premises) is also advantageous.
You have in-depth knowledge of Identity & Access Management and Identity Governance & Administration.
You have experience with authentication and authorization methods such as SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, or LDAP.
Ideally, you are familiar with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or comparable environments.
You have basic knowledge of scripting or development (e.g., Beanshell, Java, PowerShell, or REST API integration).
You work in a structured, solution-oriented manner and can explain technical concepts clearly.
You have German language skills at least at the B2 level and English language skills at the B2 level.
You enjoy working in a team, take on responsibility, and contribute your own initiative to projects.
