- Design development and detailing of individual parts and assemblies based on requirements, sketches and concepts using 3D CAD (Solid Edge)
- Performing calculations for dimensioning and tolerancing
- Creation of development-related design documentation such as specifications, bills of materials, drawings, presentations, etc.
- Execution of change management activities
- Maintenance of data in various systems such as PLM (pro.file), ERP (SAP) and SharePoint
- Close collaboration with the entire development team and related departments
- Completed vocational training as a technical product designer or technical draftsperson
- Experience in creating 3D models and technical drawings/documents in the field of device development / precision engineering and plastic components
- Confident handling of Solid Edge
- Experience with Geometrical Product Specification (GPS)
- Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP
- Good spoken and written English skills
- Independent and systematic way of working, strong team player
