The Role
Reporting to the Sr. Manager Business Systems, the Functional Solution Architect – Oracle Fusion Cloud is a critical hire for our Oracle Fusion transformation program. You will own the functional solution design across our Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Planning landscape — translating complex business requirements into scalable, best-practice Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions and acting as a knowledge multiplier for the wider IT team. This position is part of the IT Business Applications team, located in Berlin, Germany, and will work in a hybrid arrangement.
In This Role, a Typical Day Will Look Like:
Leading functional solution design across Oracle Fusion Cloud for Forecast to Plan, Idea to Design, and Manufacture to Deliver process chains.
Translating business requirements into process flows, functional specifications, configuration decisions, integration requirements, and test scenarios.
Collaborating with technical teams, PwC implementation partners, business stakeholders, and Veralto enterprise architects to deliver integrated, end-to-end solutions.
Supporting Manufacturing, Planning, Inventory, WMS integration, Supply Chain, Product Data, and Costing workstreams — from design through go-live and hypercare.
Driving data conversion activities: legacy data mapping, cleansing, validation, migration, reconciliation, and cutover readiness.
Identifying opportunities to leverage Oracle AI, embedded analytics, and automation to improve planning accuracy, manufacturing efficiency, and costing precision.
Mentoring internal IT Business Analysts and guiding the team through Oracle Fusion best practices.
Supporting user acceptance testing, defect resolution, go-live preparation, and hypercare.
The Essential Requirements of the Role Include:
8+ years of Oracle Applications experience, with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud experience.
At least 2 full-cycle Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations or major ERP transformation programs.
Strong functional knowledge across Oracle Fusion Cloud Manufacturing, Planning, Inventory, Supply Chain, WMS integration, Product Data, and Costing.
Proven experience with end-to-end process chains: Forecast to Plan, Idea to Design, and Manufacture to Deliver, including costing and financial integration.
Experience with data conversion and migration using FBDI, ADFDI, APIs, file-based loads, and reconciliation processes.
It Would Be a Plus If You Also Have:
Experience with Oracle WMS Cloud, Intellinum, or Pando WMS solutions integrated with Oracle Fusion Cloud.
Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud, Oracle Visual Builder, REST APIs, BI Publisher, OTBI, or Oracle Fusion PaaS services.
Understanding of Oracle AI and embedded analytics capabilities in Fusion Cloud.
Oracle Fusion Cloud certification in SCM, Manufacturing, Planning, Costing, Inventory, or related areas.
Experience leading functional workstreams and acting as a trusted advisor to senior business and IT stakeholders.
