As Sales Manager Europe, you support the Regional Sales Director in developing and executing regional sales strategies and customer campaigns, growing step by step into an independent Sales Manager.
Support the Regional Sales Director in the development and execution of regional sales strategies and customer campaigns
Contribute to business development, lead generation, customer relationship management, and selected commercial negotiations
Prepare presentations, commercial correspondence, reports, and other sales and marketing documentation
Coordinate internal activities with engineering, contracts, finance, program management, and other stakeholders
Assist in the preparation and execution of trade fairs, customer visits, and business trips
Participate in customer meetings, prepare meeting documentation and minutes, and follow up on agreed actions
Minimum 3 years of experience in international B2G sales, preferably in aerospace, defence, or another high-technology industry
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with a proactive, hands-on, and customer-oriented mindset
High level of reliability, attention to detail, and willingness to develop into an independent Sales Manager
Willingness to travel internationally as required, including longer periods abroad, in particular during negotiations
Languages: English and German mandatory, other languages an advantage
