Job Description:
Identifikation von Leistungslücken und Optimierung bestehender Prozesse im Engineering-Bereich
Einführung und Weiterentwicklung von Standards, Richtlinien und Best Practices sowie Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards
Proaktive Identifikation von Verbesserungspotenzialen und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung relevanter Kennzahlen
Planung, Koordination und Umsetzung von Verbesserungsprojekten in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachabteilungen
Regelmäßige Berichterstattung an die Bereichsleitung, Erstellung von Analysen und Dokumentationen
Kommunikation und Schulung der Mitarbeitenden zu neuen Standards und Prozessen
Übernahme der Rolle des Product Regulatory Compliance Coordinators (PRCC) und Unterstützung des PRC-Officers (Bereichsleitung)
Erfassung der aktuellen Situation des PRC im Unternehmen und Einleitung notwendiger Prozessverbesserungen
Abgeschlossenes Ingenieurstudium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Verständnis der wichtigsten Finanz- und Controllingkennzahlen zur fundierten Entscheidungsfindung
Erfahrung mit Projektmanagementmethoden sowie in der Leitung bzw. Durchführung von Verbesserungsprojekten sind wünschenswert
Erfahrung im Umgang mit Produktvorschriften und PRC-Prozessen von Vorteil
Teamfähigkeit, analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Präsentations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten
Fähigkeit zur Konfliktlösung gegenüber Mitarbeitenden und Führungskräften sowie Kenntnisse im Changemanagement
Hohe Motivation, Eigeninitiative, Kreativität sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
Verhandlungssicheres Englisch in Wort und Schrift
