MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is the European branch of Hyundai MOBIS, a worldwide leading supplier of genuine parts and accessories in the field of automotive. Together with Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors, Hyundai MOBIS is one of the biggest companies within the Hyundai group. In addition to research and development of high-tech products for passenger cars, MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is responsible for the whole aftersales business of genuine parts and accessories for Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors in Europe.
- Strong interest in logistics, transportation, and supply chain operations
- Good command of English (written and spoken); German is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
- Analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Availability of at least 15-20 hours per week
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn
- Create and provide calculations for Fuel Surcharge regularly
- Create and provide calculations + report for the Hub & Spoke Invoice Split regularly
- Communicate with all stakeholders like people from PDC's, other departments, management, carriers
- Collect necessary data from system (AMOS and others) and PDC's, create logistics cost report
- Create and provide reports from system data regarding KPI: On Time Delivery, Transportation Claims
- Collect referral lead time data from the system, organize the data and report to management monthly
- Create separate referral lead time reports on demand
- Support the W/G and WGL with any transportation relevant investigation, for PDCs, HQ or Management requests or needs
