As we continue to grow internationally, we're looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our brand-new facility in Euskirchen. This is an exciting opportunity to establish and lead the people agenda at a new site, working closely with our Chief People Officer and HR teams across Germany, the UK and the Netherlands.

About the Role
This is a broad, stand-alone HR role with responsibility for delivering both strategic and operational HR support across the Euskirchen site. You'll be the trusted HR expert on site, driving people initiatives that support business growth while ensuring an outstanding employee experience.
Working alongside leaders across the business, you'll help develop high-performing teams, champion employee engagement, support organisational change, and ensure HR practices remain compliant with German employment legislation.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll play a key role in:
- Partnering with business leaders to deliver the people strategy and support organisational growth.
- Managing employee relations, including investigations, disciplinaries, grievances, absence management and performance matters.
- Building strong relationships with our strategic labour partner.
- Supporting recruitment activities and workforce planning to attract and retain great talent.
- Coordinating learning and development initiatives that help our people grow and succeed.
- Driving employee engagement, analysing feedback and implementing improvements.
- Reviewing and developing HR policies and processes to ensure legal compliance and operational excellence.
- Working collaboratively with our HR teams across the UK and the Netherlands to share best practice and deliver a consistent employee experience.
About You
We're looking for someone who brings both strategic thinking and a hands-on approach.
You'll have:
- Significant experience in a senior HR Business Partner or similar HR leadership role.
- Strong employee relations expertise with confidence managing complex casework.
- Excellent knowledge of German employment law and HR best practice.
- Experience influencing and coaching managers at all levels.
- A collaborative approach with the ability to build strong relationships across the business.
- Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
It would be advantageous if you also have:
- Experience within FMCG, manufacturing, logistics or another fast-paced operational environment.
- Experience using HR systems and people data to support decision-making.
