The Team
A&M’s Global Transaction Advisory Group (TAG) is the largest transaction advisory practice outside the Big 4 audit firms. The team offers a unique opportunity to develop an international career in Transaction Advisory, working on high-impact projects across Germany, Europe, and globally.
As a Manager in the TAG team, you will work closely with Managing Directors, gaining exposure to the commercial aspects of financial analysis and the key drivers and valuation considerations that influence transactions. You will collaborate with operational and commercial professionals in combined project teams, enhancing your understanding of the broader due diligence and deal process.
How you will contribute

Manage multiple Transaction Advisory engagements across Germany, Europe, and globally.

Use your financial analysis skills to assess key drivers and valuation considerations in transactions.

Collaborate with operational and commercial professionals in combined project teams.

Gain exposure to Managing Directors, leveraging their substantial deal experience.

Participate in business development, marketing, and networking activities, both internally and externally.
Qualifications

Experience contributing to Transaction Advisory (Financial Due Diligence) projects across various sectors at a Big 4 audit firm.

Strong academic record, with a degree from a leading university or equivalent.

Well-developed stakeholder management skills, including managing key client relationships and networking.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Native or fluent German and English; additional language skills are highly advantageous.

Highly ambitious and motivated, with an entrepreneurial mindset and a blend of operational and commercial skills.
