YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
We're looking for a proactive, organised, and service-oriented Working Student to join our Recruitment team in our Munich office from September 2026.
This role requires an average commitment of 2–4 hours per day, with increased support during October and November. As interview scheduling is spread throughout the day, we're looking for someone with a flexible university timetable who can work in several shorter blocks rather than one continuous shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate interview schedules across multiple European offices, working closely with candidates, interviewers, and recruiters.
- Manage interview logistics, including calendar invitations, meeting rooms, video conferencing links, and interview schedules.
- Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the interview process, ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
- Support campus recruiting activities and recruitment events during the autumn recruiting season.
- Maintain accurate candidate information within our Applicant Tracking System.
- Assist with recruitment administration, reporting, and other operational tasks to support the Recruitment team.
- Work closely with recruiters to ensure efficient hiring processes and provide day-to-day support during peak recruitment periods.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree programme, ideally in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Available to work from September through December 2026, with increased availability during October and November.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn.
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, and Teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and either German or French.
YOUR BENEFITS
- Culture & People: Join a collaborative and entrepreneurial international team where people are at the heart of everything we do. Enjoy regular social events, team outings, and a supportive working environment.
- International Exposure: Collaborate with colleagues across our EMEA offices and gain insight into international recruitment processes within a global organisation.
- Central Office Location: Enjoy our centrally located Munich office with snacks, refreshments, and regular team gatherings.
- Flexibility: Benefit from flexible working hours that can be arranged around your university schedule, as well as hybrid working arrangements where appropriate.
