Lead a project and oversee the transition from design to implementation.
Requirements:
Interior Design or Architecture Degree
min. 4-6 years international professional experience (incl. experience in Germany), preferably in high-end hospitality
solid experience in project documentation and all related software (we are PC based office)
rendering (Photoshop and/or 3dStudioMax, InDesign)
selecting and specifying FF&E (Word, Excel)
drafting (AutoCad)
The candidate must be able to provide samples of previous work from all of the above categories. Drafting samples should include everything from plans to millwork and custom furniture details.
The candidate will have knowledge of the current market trends and will be able to execute a project from conceptual phase to the completion of the project.
