About our Client:
A globally recognized FinTech company with operations in more than 20 countries and more than 1,800 employees worldwide is currently looking for a Business Developer to join its growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities through market research and outbound sales activities
- Building and managing a strong B2B client portfolio
- Handling the full sales cycle from initial contact until contract closure
- Supporting clients strategically and maintaining long-term relationships
- Conducting market and competitor analysis
- Taking ownership of additional responsibilities based on performance and capabilities
Requirements
Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field- 6 months to 5 years of experience in B2B sales is preferred
- Strong interest in financial markets and complex products
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Structured and self-motivated personality
- Fluent German language skills (C2 level) and good English skills
