Role Overview
We are looking for a Certinia Project Manager to lead the delivery and ongoing development of a PSA platform within a Professional Services environment. You will manage the project across scope, budget, and timeline, working closely with key stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery across internal teams and external partners
- Support system rollout, upgrades, and continuous improvement
- Manage stakeholder engagement and governance forums
- Drive process adoption across Professional Services teams
- Oversee tracking, testing, and documentation
- Support day-to-day operational issues and improvements
- Monitor project financials
Skills & Experience
- 3+ years’ project management experience
- Strong understanding of business systems and processes
- Experience with CRM (e.g. Salesforce) and PSA tools (preferred)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Fluent in English
