- You will handle customer complaints from service stations in the greater Hamburg and Arnstadt areas and manage them in a structured manner according to the 8D methodology. You will conduct root cause analyses, coordinate corrective and preventive actions, and verify their effectiveness.
- You drive the improvement of our workflows and processes, collaborating with the service stations and the process managers in the various departments.
- You will help standardize our processes and verify compliance through internal audits.
- They assist with the qualification and monitoring of suppliers.
- You will serve as the quality contact person for the service stations in the greater Hamburg and Arnstadt areas and assist them with all quality-related issues.
- Working in collaboration with our international quality management team, you will help create, maintain, and further develop quality management documents, standards, and plant-specific guidelines for the service stations.
- You have a college degree in mechanical engineering or possess comparable knowledge, such as through a DQS-certified apprenticeship.
- You have a good command of written and spoken German and English.
- You have several years of professional experience as a quality engineer or in quality management; ideally, you hold a certificate from the “Black Belt” or “Kerpner-Tregoe” training programs and/or equivalent certifications.
- Experience with 8D reports, root cause analysis, and tracking corrective actions is a plus.
- You are proficient in using MS Office, particularly MS Word and MS Excel. You are also comfortable working with an ERP system, ideally SAP.
- You have a structured approach to work, strong communication skills, and feel comfortable in a cross-functional role working with international contacts.
