With our regional footprint expanding, we are seeking a highly capable Regional Service Manager for China to strengthen our service leadership.

Lead and manage the regional service organization across multiple APAC markets.

Ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery, customer satisfaction, and operational performance.

Manage escalations, provide solutions, and support local service teams on customer site.

Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, and Product teams in Germany to enhance the customer experience.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or related field.

Minimum 5–7 years of service management experience, ideally in a regional role.

Strong communication skills.

Experience working in fast-paced, multicultural environments.

Ability to manage cross-border teams, resolve escalations, and drive operational excellence.

Proficiency in English and Mandarin required

Willingness and ability to travel regularly within the region and occasionally to Germany for training and team building purposes
