Areas of Responsibility
The candidate will be included in the Commercial management department. Main tasks of Commercial management department are:
- Procurement interface;
- Contract management;
- Metering;
- Portfolio Margin Management;
- Planning, budgeting & Control;
- Claim&Insurance interface;
- Warehouse and logistics.
In particular in the Commercial management department, the position will initially focus on following tasks:
- Managing existing contracts and maintaining contract register
- Interpretation of contract language and correct classification in daily business
- Identification and management of commercial risks and monitoring contractual obligations
- Ensure the contracts management with contractors in charge of the maintenance of owned assets, including activities related to budgeting, cost control and accounts payable.
- Ensure activities in support of the accounts receivable and those in support of the accounts payable (tenders, orders relating to fees, concessions, extraordinary activities, etc.).
- Manage the commercial and technical-administrative aspects with reference to intercompany relations, main suppliers, local Authorities, management of operational constraints related to financing contracts, management of contracts in support of reference Generation (transport, warehouse rentals, technical plant assistance, surveillance, telecommunications, etc.).
- Guarantee the calculation of the power limitations of all the plants by checking the invoices received with the administrative area.
- Interface to legal department in Germany and Italy
- Claim management with insurance and contractual parties
Ensure the SAP workflow for purchase orders and related tasks
Studies:
University degree in business administration, economics or equivalent
Work Experience:
min.: 2-3 Years, in the same role.
Languages:
mothertounge German; professional fluent English (writing and speaking)
IT Skills:
MS Office; SAP would be a plus
Experienced contract&claim manager;
hands on mentality;
open minded;
think outside the box;
ability to work in an international team;
Willingness to work in a team in Hamburg and a headquarter in Italy (Genova); confident in communicating with external stakeholders (e.g. authorities, municipalities, contractors, et al); knowledge of German wind industry preferable
Salary range: 70k€ - 80k€ + 5 k€ performance bonus.
