Value-Driven Customer Support: After a thorough onboarding process, you will assist our customers (via phone, email, and TeamViewer) with the efficient handling of our DATEV-integrated accounting software.

Shape the Future: You will analyze technical topics, new ideas, or legal requirements and contribute your practical knowledge directly to projects for quality assurance and the further development of our software.

Share Knowledge: You will prepare and conduct regular online or in-person training sessions for users.

Networking: You will represent our company at trade fairs and user events, fostering personal connections with our clients.

Education: Successfully completed vocational training as a Tax Assistant (Steuerfachangestellte/r) or a comparable qualification.

Experience: Familiarity with software used in the tax/accounting sector (e.g., DATEV). Career starters are explicitly welcome!
