Hey, we are the People & Finance Division at Thomann.io. Along the employee lifecycle, we are the go-to people. We support our employees and managers in all people related topics and always maintain an open-door policy. Now, we're looking for a (Tech) Talent Acquisition Specialist (f/m/d) to be our driving force and our lead recruiter. You’re working in our offices in Berlin, Erlangen or remotely (within Germany).

Meet Anne (People & Culture Manager): Anne lives near Berlin with her daughter, dog and partner. Originally from the event industry - she started over 4 years ago at Thomann.io. Even though she would have liked to become a diving instructor on Lanzarote.

Meet Nassrin (HR Business Partner): Outside of work, you’ll usually find her at the gym, in the sun, or searching for the best matcha spot in town. What started as curiosity about people somehow ended with a degree in Business Psychology and a career in HR.

Meet Iva (People Operations & Finance Coordinator): Originally from Bulgaria and Berlin‑based for nine years with her little family, Iva brings an event‑industry background and strong organizational skills to Thomann.io, with a clear focus on people. She loves yoga, hiking, traveling, and being in nature.

Meet Jessica: Cat mom living in Berlin. Originally from the Netherlands, with Greek tzatziki roots (yes, she makes great tzatziki). Raised in a family of Greek restaurant owners, she later moved into event management, large-scale concert productions, and spent the last three years as an office/operations manager at an AI robotics startup.

Meet Meike (Director People & Finance): Meike has been with Thomann for a quarter of a century. It all began at an agency, where she gained experience in every aspect of e-commerce. Today, as Director People&Finance, she ensures the well-being of employees while also managing budget and financial planning. Although Meike isn’t a musician herself, she is an avid concertgoer and loves exploring the nearby Franconian Switzerland by bike.

Since we are a small team, each of us has specific focus areas. Therefore, we work self-organized and autonomously on our chosen topics, while still using the team for sparring and alignment.

Recruiting: Take ownership of the full-cycle recruiting for tech and non-tech positions. This includes identifying open roles, clarifying requirements, conducting interviews, and ensuring a smooth, top-notch candidate experience.

Active Sourcing: Build and nurture your network through active sourcing. For us, it's not just about skills, but also about the right mindset.

Onboarding: Together with Iva, you’ll design and build a fantastic candidate-to-employee journey.

Employer Branding: You will drive modern external and internal employer branding initiatives. You will design campaigns, write posts, and contribute creative ideas to our social media channels (e.g., Instagram and LinkedIn).

Data Analysis & KPIs: You will implement, interpret, and present recruitment KPIs to relevant people and during our quarterly company Assembly.

Miscellaneous: During quieter periods, you’ll support Nassrin, Anne and Iva with other projects and tasks as needed, or respond to enquiries from Thomann.io employees.

At least 3 years of experience in a similar recruitment role, ideally with a strong focus on tech recruiting.

A solid understanding of different tech stacks and IT roles.

Deep experience with common recruitment strategies, active sourcing, and diverse hiring channels.

A proven track record of driving or contributing to employer branding initiatives.

Experience working with typical recruiting metrics and KPIs, and knowing how to successfully apply them.

Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken).

Flexible working hours and location, with the option to go into the office (fully-remote possible)
