Your Responsibilties
- Develop and manage key accounts across refineries, green steel, utilities, EPCs, and industrial hydrogen sectors.

Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders across industrial players, utilities, EPC contractors, and project developers.

Identify and originate new business opportunities, including pilot projects, Power-to-X applications, and early-stage collaborations.

Develop and manage strategic partnerships with EPCs to position the company in large-scale project tenders and consortia.

Drive the development of long-term commercial agreements and framework partnerships.

Lead the sales process from opportunity identification through to contract signature, including consortium-based bids.

Collaborate closely with the VP Sales on strategic account planning, partner selection, and deal structuring.

Work cross-functionally with engineering, project development, and finance teams to shape bankable project concepts.

Monitor market trends, regulatory developments, and competitive landscape within industrial hydrogen, utilities, and EPC ecosystems.

Represent the company at industry events and with key external stakeholders.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.

Solid experience in key account management, business development, or sales within energy, utilities, EPC, industrial gases, hydrogen, or related sectors.

Strong network within refineries, utilities, EPCs, steel, or industrial decarbonization sectors is highly desirable.

Proven track record of developing and closing complex, high-value deals, including consortium or EPC-led projects.

Experience with large-scale infrastructure, energy systems, or utility-scale projects is a strong advantage.

Strong commercial acumen and ability to structure complex partnerships and multi-party agreements.
