The Community Support Association is seeking a dynamic School Registrar to support the overall operation of the Carl Schurz School, an American-style preschool.
Key duties include:

Processing new applications and registering new students in the appropriate classes.

Invoicing and tracking monthly billing for school tuition.

Tracking and notifying parents of late payments
-
Maintaining weekly student attendance records.

Assisting in the dissemination of information to parents and staff.

Planning, assisting, and directing the daily activities of the administrative office.

Acting as the director's back-up in his/her absence.

Assisting nursery and school staff as needed.
Qualifications:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
Preferred Skills

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Accounting, or equivalent.

Two years’ experience in billing.
-
Knowledge of QuickBooks.
Working hours:
We are closed on German and American holidays. The position is part-time, averaging 20 to 30 hours per week.
