Für unser Kontrolllabor in Göttingen suchen wir eine erfahrene und engagierte Laborleitung (m/w/d) für den Bereich PCR, die Verantwortung übernimmt, Führung lebt und höchste Qualitätsstandards sichert.
- Gesamtverantwortung für den PCR‑Laborbetrieb unter Einhaltung aller internen Vorgaben, regulatorischen Anforderungen und GMP‑Standards
- Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des PCR‑Laborpersonals inkl. Einsatz‑, Urlaubs‑ und Schulungsplanung
- Sicherstellung und Weiterentwicklung der Qualifikation und Schulungen aller Mitarbeitenden
- Überwachung der PCR‑Testungen, Qualitätskontrollen, Validierungen und Ringversuche
- Erstellung, Pflege und Umsetzung von SOPs sowie Bearbeitung von Abweichungen und Changes
- Mitarbeit an lokalen und globalen Projekten zur Labor‑ und Prozessoptimierung
- Verantwortung für Geräte, Reagenzien, Verbrauchsmaterialien und Laborinfrastruktur
- Ansprechpartner bei internen und externen Audits sowie Vorbereitung und Begleitung von Inspektionen
- Steuerung, Analyse und Reporting relevanter KPIs (z. B. Effizienz, Kapazität, Budget)
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Biologie, Molekularbiologie, Biotechnologie oder vergleichbarer Naturwissenschaften
- Mindestens 7 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem regulierten Laborumfeld (z. B. GMP)
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in PCR‑Methoden, Validierung, Laborprozessen und Projektarbeit
- Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung (fachlich und/oder disziplinarisch)
- Sehr gutes Verständnis für Qualitätssicherung, Compliance, Kosten‑ und Risikomanagement
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations‑, Organisations‑ und Führungskompetenz
- Hohes Verantwortungs‑ und Qualitätsbewusstsein
- Gute Englisch‑ und EDV‑Kenntnisse
- Eine verantwortungsvolle Führungsposition in einem hochregulierten, modernen Laborumfeld
- Gestaltungsspielraum und aktive Mitwirkung an Innovationen und Verbesserungsprozessen
