Job Overview:
We’re looking for a talented and enthusiastic kitchen helper to take on the role of supporting the head chef for our Sunday Breakfast/Brunch service. The ideal candidate is creative, reliable, and passionate about crafting high-quality brunch dishes with a personal touch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and execute a rotating breakfast/brunch menu featuring both classics and creative specials.
- help with kitchen operations on Sundays,
- ensuring food quality and presentation are consistently excellent
-Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, adhering strictly to HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) food safety standards
-Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth and timely service
-Manage inventory for brunch ingredients and communicate restocking needs
-Bring fresh ideas to the menu while respecting the café’s brand and customer preferences
Requirements:
Proven experience as a chef or cook, ideally in brunch or breakfast service
Solid understanding of HACCP principles and commitment to food safety
Strong culinary skills with a flair for creative presentation
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
A positive, team-oriented attitude
Availability every Sunday from early morning to early afternoon
Food handler’s certificate or relevant qualification (preferred)

Pay: 13,90€ - 15,00€ per hour
