Experience & Skills:

You bring extensive experience in consulting, business architecture, or process transformation, with a track record of structuring ambiguous domains into clear, actionable models.

Proven ability to conceptualize complex systems and communicate their meaning in simple, logical frameworks.

Extensive experience conducting workshops, requirements engineering or business analysis.

Solid understanding of enterprise processes like AP, Procurement, Order Management, HR and Finance.

Familiarity with AI and automation initiatives, specifically how semantics enhance their functionality.

Ways of working:

Outstanding analytical and conceptual thinking skills, paired with a strong ability to structure meaning and create logical relationships.

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities, particularly in cross-functional and international environments.

Proactive approach to challenges with a focus on structured problem-solving and knowledge building.

Comfortable explaining complex concepts, facilitating discussions and managing information architecture.

Languages: Fluent English is essential; German proficiency is a strong advantage.

Exposure to semantic modeling tools or frameworks like BPMN, UML, taxonomies, and domain models.

Conceptual knowledge of GenAI, such as RAG, knowledge graphs, or AI agents.
