We are currently looking for the following position to be filled as soon as possible:
Course & Event Manager Specialist DACH (m/w/d)
At our location in Breckerfeld.
Main responsibilities:
- Supporting the organization in the design, management and reporting of clinical investigations
- Effectively managing interactions with clinical research organizations together with relevant internal stakeholders
- Preparing and/or updating clinical evaluation plans and reports (CERs)
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders ensuring timely redaction of CERs
- Conducting systematic clinical literature searches and appraising retrieved articles
- Conducting post-market clinical follow-up (PMCF) studies (i.e., surveys) in cooperation with the Product Management Department
- Implementing scientifically and statistically sound methods into study plans and data analyses
- Preparing and/or updating post-market surveillance (PMS) plans, periodic safety update reports (PSURs), PMCF plans and reports, summaries of safety and clinical performance (SSCPs)
- Liaising with Sales, Marketing and QA Departments to ensure PMS activities are conducted under regulatory supervision
- Ensuring that relevant CE marking documents (including product technical files) are complete and up-to-date

- Execute and manage clinical education programs in DACH (courses, congresses, workshops, and events), ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Collaborate closely with the Clinical Education Professional Manager EMEA to align local execution with regional strategy and standards.
- Coordinate all logistical and operational aspects of educational events, including venue setup, equipment, materials, faculty scheduling, and participant communication.
- Work with Sales teams to understand customer needs, identify training opportunities, and integrate feedback into educational offerings for traditional Ortho and Mov`Aligners.
- Contribute to the development and customization of course agendas and content to address local clinical practices, trends, and business priorities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, professors, and academic partners to support clinical education and early engagement.
- Close contact with key customers and use their personal networks to spread information and use them as influencers.
- Manage relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and faculty involved in educational initiatives.
- Monitor and report on program effectiveness, participant feedback, and continuous improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product Management, and Training & Education teams to ensure alignment and maximize impact.
- Share success stories and solutions for improvements.
- Create and manage purchase orders (POs) and coordinate vendor selection and onboarding as needed.
- Track and monitor expenses to ensure all programs stay within allocated budgets.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, local regulations, and industry standards related to clinical education.
Requirements:
- 4–6 years of experience in clinical education, medical training, event coordination, or healthcare-related project management, preferably in Ortho or medical device, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry.
- Proven track record in the execution and coordination of clinical courses, workshops, and congresses, including both in-person and virtual formats.
- Experience working with healthcare professionals, universities, and KOLs, with strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and regional education teams.
- Solid understanding of clinical environments, customer training needs, and healthcare industry trends.
- Experience managing budgets, purchase orders, and invoicing, with a strong attention to administrative detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, small team with shifting priorities and tight timelines.
- Experience with CRM systems, event management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of virtual training platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams) is a plus.
- Capable of adapting to challenging situation, problem solving, and positive attitude is a plus.
