Du fühlst dich im takt- und schichtgebundenen Produktionsumfeld wohl und möchtest dich aktiv bei der Erfüllung von Fertigungsaufträgen an unterschiedlichsten Anlagen einbringen? Gestalte die Zukunft mit uns.
So sehen deine Hauptaufgaben aus:
- Bedienen von unterschiedlichen Anlagen in wechselnden Schichtteams und Überwachung des Fertigungsprozesses gemäß Einarbeitung
- Konfektionierung, Verpackung sowie Umpacken von Produkten
- Erfüllung der Fertigungsaufträge in der vorgegebenen Zeit und in der richtigen Menge
- Sicherstellung der Qualitätsanforderungen der fertigen Produkte im Rahmen der Werkerselbstkontrolle, ggf. Sperrung der gefertigten Waren bei Abweichungen und Meldung von Störungen
- Einhaltung von Sicherheit und Sauberkeit und weiteren Vorgaben am Arbeitsplatz
- Kleine Störungsbehebungen und Rüstarbeiten an Produktionsanlagen gemäß Einweisung
- einfache Dokumentationsaufgaben am PC
- Bei Bedarf Unterstützung im Bereich des internen Transports
Dein Team:
Du arbeitest in einem großen Team in Bühl und berichtest an den Team Operator sowie den Teamleiter der zugeordneten Schicht.
Was dich zu einer idealen Besetzung macht:
- Kenntnisse im Bedienen von Maschinen und Konfektionierungsanlagen wünschenswert
- Erfahrung in der Produktion eines Industriebetriebs und im Schichtbetrieb
- Grundlagenkenntnisse im Arbeiten mit dem PC
- Befriedigende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Zuverlässige und genaue, verantwortungsbewusste und proaktive Arbeitsweise mit besonderem Fokus auf die Sicherheit und die Qualität
- Freude an der Arbeit in wechselnden Teams
- Hilfsbereitschaft, gute Fähigkeit, zuzuhören, Ideen einzubringen und Offenheit für Veränderung
- Bereitschaft für Früh-/Spät-/Nachtschicht und bei Bedarf an den Wochenenden

We are looking for temporary staff for filling and packaging to strengthen production in our adhesives division at UHU in Bühl.
How you make the difference:
Do you feel comfortable in a production environment with fixed schedules and shifts, and would you like to play an active part in fulfilling production orders on a wide variety of machines? Help shape the future with us.
How your agenda looks like:
- Operating various machines in rotating shift teams and monitoring the production process in accordance with the induction training
- Assembling, packaging and repackaging products
- Completing production orders within the specified time and in the correct quantities
- Ensuring that finished products meet quality requirements as part of the operator’s self-inspection process; where necessary, holding back manufactured goods in the event of deviations and reporting faults
- Adhering to health and safety, cleanliness and other workplace requirements
- Carrying out minor troubleshooting and set-up work on production equipment in accordance with instructions
- Simple documentation tasks on a PC
- Providing support with internal transport where required
Your team:
You will be working as part of a large team in Bühl and will report to the Team Operator and the Team Leader for your assigned shift.

- Knowledge of operating machinery is desirable
- Experience in production within an industrial setting and in shift work
- A satisfactory command of written and spoken German
- A reliable, accurate, responsible and proactive approach to work, with a particular focus on safety and quality

- Willingness to work early, late and night shifts, and at weekends if required
