Tasks

First point of contact for our internal and external customers as a Special Service Expert Logistics +
Responsible for ensuring smooth customs clearance processes
Monitoring of transport execution (shipment tracking) as well as coordination of transport partners and implementation of alternative solutions in the event of unforeseen disruptions
Ensuring compliance with operational KPIs
Co-responsibility for monthly bookings of existing customers within our network
Supporting larger national and international projects
Supporting our foreign subsidiaries as part of a central competence team

Requirements

Completed vocational training as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk, air traffic clerk, or a comparable commercial qualification, with comprehensive knowledge of the global logistics market
Excellent customer and service orientation, with the ability to inspire our customers even in critical and stressful situations through a “Yes We Can” attitude
Independent, solution-oriented, and goal-driven way of working, combined with commitment, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility
Friendly and professional demeanour, strong communication skills, excellent teamwork, and a strong problem-solving mindset
Very good German and good English skills, as well as confident use of MS Office applications
