Direkter Ansprechpartner (m/w/d) des Kundenreklamationsprozesses
Erstellung von 8D-Berichten sowie direkte Kommunikation mit Kunden
Bereichsübergreifende Koordination von Ursachenanalysen und nachhaltigen Korrekturmaßnahmen unter Anwendung der 8D-Methode sowie gängiger Qualitätswerkzeuge (z. B. 8D, Ishikawa, 5-Why, FMEA)
Umsetzung von Qualitätsvorgaben und Qualitätsstandards
Teilnahme an internen und externen Audits
Mitarbeit im Kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozess (KVP) sowie im täglichen Shopfloor Management
Das bringen Sie mit:
Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Ingenieurstudium im Bereich Mechatronik, Elektrotechnik, Mechanik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
Berufserfahrung im Bereich Qualitätsmanagement
Kenntnisse gängiger QM-Methoden und -Werkzeuge (8D, FMEA, KVP)
Statistische Kenntnisse und Erfahrung in der Datenauswertung
Fachkenntnisse im Bereich Messtechnik
