We're seeking a Junior Product Assistant (w/m/d) to join our Product team in Berlin.
This is a hybrid position, requiring 2 days in the office.
Your mission in a nutshell:
We are looking for a highly organised and motivated junior team member to support our Product Managers in their daily work. This role is ideal for someone who wants to start a career in Product Management and gain hands-on experience.
Support Product Managers in day-to-day operations
Prepare and structure product documentation
Coordinate tasks, meetings, and follow-ups
Assist in backlog maintenance and ticket preparation
Help gather and organise user and stakeholder feedback
Support communication between teams
Take ownership of smaller tasks and projects
Strong organisational and structuring skills
Excellent written and verbal communication in German and English
High attention to detail
Proactive and reliable working style
Strong willingness to learn and grow in Product Management
First experience (internship/working student) in product, tech, or startups
Familiarity with tools like Jira, Notion, or similar
Initial screening call with a recruiter (up to 45 minutes)
Hiring Manager call in German (up to 60 minutes)
Team call with the Senior Product Managers (up to 45 minutes)
