What you'll do

As a technical sparring partner for our account managers, you’ll support the entire sales cycle and translate complex customer requirements into smart solutions that deliver real added value.

You’ll support the sales team with in-depth technical expertise and ensure our products are optimally positioned in the market.

You will plan and lead client meetings, workshops, and product demos, and represent Retarus at industry events and trade shows.

You will respond to technical and proposal-related inquiries from the sales team, particularly in the context of requests for proposals (RFPs).

You will develop precise solution concepts and cost estimates, enabling us to create tailored, compelling proposals for our customers.

You will identify market and industry trends through interactions with customers, the sales team, and the community, and actively share these insights with the product team.
What you'll need

Completed vocational training or a degree in (business) computer science or a comparable qualification

Interest in IT, software, and business contexts

Ideally, initial experience in technical sales, presales, IT consulting, or IT support

Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills

High level of initiative, team spirit, and a structured approach to work

Business-level proficiency in German and English
