Your Responsibilities
- Lead international Identity Management implementation projects from initiation to final acceptance

Manage project scope, schedule, budget and quality
-
Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams and stakeholders
-
Act as the main contact for customers and government organizations
-
Lead project governance, reporting and Steering Committee meetings
-
Identify and mitigate project risks
-
Manage customer expectations and contractual commitments
-
Ensure successful project delivery according to PMI PMBOK standards
Your Profile
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field
-
PMP certification
-
Minimum 5 years of experience managing international IT projects
-
Experience with Identity Management, Cybersecurity or secure government solutions
-
Knowledge of PMI PMBOK, Agile and Hybrid Project Delivery
-
Experience with Microsoft Project and Primavera
-
Strong understanding of SDLC, Cloud Infrastructure, PKI and Enterprise Integration
-
Strong leadership and communication skills
-
Excellent stakeholder management
-
Analytical and solution-oriented mindset
-
Strong negotiation and decision-making skills
-
Customer-focused and well organized
-
Ability to thrive in international environments & willingness to travel

Excellent English skills
