Job Title: Hotel Housekeeper
Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated, reliable, and customer-focused Hotel Housekeeping to join our hotel team in Germany. This is a dual-role position where the successful candidate will primarily be responsible for housekeeping duties while also supporting front desk operations whenever required.
The ideal candidate should have excellent attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to provide exceptional guest service. Fluency in German is mandatory, as the role involves direct interaction with guests.
Key Responsibilities
Housekeeping
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas to the highest hotel standards.
- Change bed linens, towels, and replenish guest amenities.
- Ensure rooms are properly prepared for arriving guests.
- Report maintenance issues and lost & found items promptly.
- Follow all hygiene, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Manage housekeeping supplies and maintain inventory levels.
- Ensure all assigned areas are clean, organized, and presentable throughout the shift.
Requirements
- Previous experience in Housekeeping, Front Office, or Hospitality is preferred.
- Ability to perform housekeeping duties efficiently with attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn hotel management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Mandatory Requirements
- Fluency in German (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Basic English communication skills are preferred.
- Candidates must possess a valid work visa or legal authorization to work full-time in Germany.
- Applicants without valid work authorization in Germany will not be considered.

Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Housekeeping, or Front Office is preferred.
