We are currently looking for an experienced HR Generalist to provide first level support for employee matters as well as processing and development of administrative HR responsibilities in close cooperation with our HR Business Partners.
Creation, processing and review of HR-relevant documents along the HR value chain end-to-end
Processing of administrative HR-related matters (contract and certification, handling of entries and exits, transfers, sick leave, salary adjustments, maintenance of personnel files, etc.)
Responding to employee and manager inquiries
Input and maintenance of employee data in HR-relevant systems, e.g. Workday or Atoss
Creation and development of HR standard reports
Preparation of job references
Support for ad-hoc inquiries
Support in the onboarding of new employees
Close cooperation with HR Business Partners and relevant stakeholders
Several years of work experience in HR and a relevant completed apprenticeship or a university degree in business administration or similar focus in HR
Ideally experience in payroll and labour law
Fluent in German and moderate English language skills
High knowledge and experience in MS-Office
Implementation strength and efficient execution
Conceptual strength, solution-oriented hands-on mentality and confidence in appearance
High commitment and team orientation
